Q: How long does it take before my order is shipped?
A: Our standard time is from 3 to 12 weeks after payment is received,
as each item is entirely hand-crafted. However a shorter time may be
possible, please
call 1 541-621-6100 or email the
Customer Service Department
for a more specific time. Variables include what time of year it is,
if there is any customization or personalization and which items.
Q: I need something for a specific event, can I receive it in time?
A: We will do our best to accommodate you. A rush charge may apply
and we can do priority shipping for an additional charge.
Please call, or email
us with the contents of your order, and date needed.
Q: Can you gift wrap?
A: Yes we can!! We need to know the occasion, the surcharge is
$6 for small items and $12 for boxes larger than 10" x 12".
Q: Can I include a gift card?
A: Yes you can! You may mail it to us, please include a copy of
the order form. Or we can include an occasion specific card for
$6 with your gift message.
Q: Do you ship International Orders?
A: Yes we do!! We have collectors all over the world.
Payment must be in US Dollars and drawn on an American Bank.
If drawn on another bank (even Canadian) there is a $25 bank surcharge. We do accept Paypal.
Please email our

with the contents of your order and the delivery address so that we
may determine the shipping and handling charges.
Please check with your local authorities as we are not responsible for
Customs and Duties.
Q: Do we have to pay customs on your work shipped to Canada?
A: We are not responsible for Customs or Duties, however it is
our understanding that original artwork hand-crafted in the US is
exempt from customs. This will be stated on your invoice and we are
required to list the cost.
Q: I love one of your items, but would like it in a different
color?
A: Yes, this may be possible. A 10% (or greater) surcharge will
apply. Please choose the color from another item and
email us with the details.
Custom work is not exchangeable.
Q: What happens if I change my mind after I receive something?
A: We want you to be happy and will gladly exchange the work,
with the exception of custom orders. Please follow our return
shipping instructions. We will pay the return freight if we made an
error.
Q: Where can I see your work in person?
A: Please email us with
your zip code, and we will give you the location of the store closest to you.
Q: Can we purchase a gift certificates?
A: Yes you can! They are available in $5 increments in US dollars.
We will send a lovely certificate to the recipient.
